2. Self-Navigation Platform

ExpressEntryHub is a digital platform created for self-guided planning and informational purposes only. It is not a law firm or professional immigration consultancy, and does not provide legal advice or representation.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the Smart Assessment and other tools,
• verify all information on official Government of Canada websites,
• seek professional advice from a licensed representative if you need legal or strategic guidance,
• use the website lawfully and not misuse or interfere with platform functionality.

4. No Guarantees

The platform provides general estimates and informational summaries based on publicly available criteria. ExpressEntryHub does not guarantee:

• accuracy of scores or calculations,
• approval of any application,
• eligibility for immigration programs,
• interpretation of policies that may change at any time.

5. Paid Roadmap Product

A Roadmap is a one-time digital product providing a summarized analysis based on user-submitted details. It does not:

• replace legal advice,
• act as a representation agreement,
• submit applications on your behalf.

Refunds are not provided once a Roadmap has been generated and delivered.

6. AI Assistant (Magna)

The Magna AI Assistant provides general information and explanations. Responses may not always be complete or accurate. You agree not to rely on AI responses for formal decisions or legal interpretation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ExpressEntryHub—including tools, templates, graphics, Roadmap formats, UI layouts and branding—is owned by Magna Web Studios. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or sell any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• attempt to reverse engineer the tools or system logic,
• use automated scripts or bots to interfere with platform operations,
• upload harmful, unauthorized or malicious content,
• impersonate others or misuse the platform for fraudulent purposes.

9. Third-Party Services

The platform may rely on third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, hosting, analytics, WordPress plugins). Your interactions with those services are governed by their respective policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

ExpressEntryHub and Magna Web Studios are not responsible for any losses, damages or outcomes arising from your use of the platform, tools, Smart Assessment, AI responses or digital products.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use occasionally. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
