Retention Periods

• Free assessment hold: If you run the free assessment, your answers and result are kept in a temporary hold so you do not have to re-enter them if you return within the window shown on the pricing page. No name, email, phone or IP address is stored, and the hold is erased automatically when the window ends. You can delete it immediately at any time with the "Delete my data now" control.
• Paid reports: A paid roadmap is stored against your anonymous redemption token for the retention window, and is deleted automatically when that window ends. You can delete it sooner at any time from your token wallet.
• Backup Data: Securely retained for disaster recovery purposes

• No sensitive identifiers: The free assessment hold deliberately stores no name, email, phone, address or IP address, so there is no directly identifying record to protect
