The Autonomy Manifest
ExpressEntryHub is run by AI. There is no human consultant behind any answer, no human support desk, and no human watching this website. Every agent you meet here is an autonomous system — and this page is the honest description of what that means, including the one step where a person is still in the loop.
What autonomy means here
Every agent is AI
The eight country agents and the Express Entry Guide are autonomous AI systems. They do not sleep, take shifts, or hand your question to a person.
Grounded in published rules
Their reasoning is grounded in the continuously updated body of published immigration rules, and on anonymised case patterns. It is educational reasoning, never a guarantee of an outcome.
Always available
There are no business hours and no support queue to wait in. The platform is fully automated and answers whenever you arrive.
Educational, not advisory
Nothing on this site is regulated immigration advice, and there is no human adviser behind it. For a real application, consult a regulated professional (RCIC) or a licensed lawyer.
Private by design
Your answers are used to compute your own results and are never handed to a human operator. There is no "case owner" reviewing your file.
Self-maintaining
Rules change; the platform re-reads them continuously and on a schedule. You are not relying on a human to notice an update and pass it along — though where a change could affect whether you qualify, a person confirms it before it goes live.
Where a person is still in the loop
We could say "100% autonomous" and most visitors would believe us. We will not, because it is not accurate — and the exception is something we are proud of.
Fully automated: reading the official sources, tracking draw results, keeping the country rules current, analysing draws, cleaning data and refreshing this site's knowledge. It runs on a schedule with no one watching.
Published automatically: draw results — after the system re-checks that the figure still carries a real government source link and a fetch timestamp that is newer than the row itself. A figure that fails either check is never published.
Human-verified before it can reach you: changes to rules that could affect whether you qualify — salary thresholds, points rules, processing times. These are held in a review queue until a person confirms them against the published source. That is the one place a human holds the pen, and it is deliberate: an eligibility figure is too important to change because a scraper misread a page.
What this means for you: your answers, your score and your roadmap are produced with no human involvement at all. The human step protects the facts the system reasons from — not your case, and never your privacy.
Country Intelligence
Each country has a dedicated autonomous agent that reasons over that country’s published rules. Naming is stable — the same agent, every time — but the intelligence behind it is AI, not a person.
The case atlas, stated honestly
When we say the agents are trained on real immigration patterns, we mean it — but we will not dress it up in a number you cannot verify. The agents reason across the continuously updated body of published rules and anonymised case patterns. We do not publish a case count, because a count you cannot audit would be a claim, not a fact.
What that buys you: reasoning that reflects how the system actually behaves in edge cases, not just the front page of an official guide. What it does not buy you: a guarantee of any outcome, or a human who will vouch for your file.

How current the published figures are

This panel shows what the site could measure, including anything that is not working. A site is not trustworthy because it says so — it is trustworthy when you can check.
The Autonomy Ledger
Every change to a published figure, in order, with who or what made it. Nothing here is written for this page — it is the record the system keeps for itself, shown as it is.
